About us
We are building the cognitive substrate layer for the persistent AI agent era. Our mission is to give agent systems the correctness guarantees they have always needed but never had — atomicity across memory, state, and trace; snapshot-consistent reasoning; and causal auditability — without sacrificing the performance and reliability that enterprise data workloads demand.
Techinical Leadership
Yi Jin
Yi Jin
Co-founder & Chief Architect of PhoebeDB. PhD in Computer Science. Rich experience in leading enterprise-grade DBMS product and solution delivery. Driving the vision of PhoebeDB as the cognitive substrate for persistent AI agents.
Chunling Wang
Chunling Wang
Architect of PhoebeDB and senior developer specializing in DBMS kernels. The storage engine, concurrency control, and recovery mechanisms he builds are the foundation of PhoebeDB's cross-type atomicity guarantees — enabling relational state, vector memory, and trace data to commit and roll back as one.
Boge Liu
Boge Liu
Architect of PhoebeDB with a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering. Specializing in DBMS runtime technologies and transactional systems. His work on the runtime layer enables PhoebeDB's Cognitive Step API — making snapshot-consistent reads and causal replay performant under high-concurrency agent workloads.
